Contact us
Small independent site, no contact form, no ticket number. Send an email and a person reads it.
Things worth writing to us about:
- A boat here whose price, slip, meeting point or departure time has changed. Harbor details move more than you would think, and we would rather hear it from you than notice it three months late.
- An operator running a real evening sail from Kaanapali, Lahaina or Maalaea who wants their boat represented properly, or corrected. Send the live listing and the detail you think we have wrong.
- A sunset departure that is genuinely bookable, with published dates and a live product page, that is missing from the site.
- A question that neither the FAQ nor our guides answers.
- Anything on the site you think is wrong. Especially that.
Honest expectations: one mailbox, read by a person, usually answered within a few days and sometimes slower in the middle of whale season. A reported factual error jumps the queue over everything else. We cannot write your itinerary or pick your anniversary boat for you by email faster than the comparison pages can.
What we cannot help with
We cannot take a booking, change a date, cancel a reservation or issue a refund. None of those are ours to touch. Every boat on this site is sold and operated by somebody else, and your reservation sits with them from the moment you pay.
So if the question is about a booking you have already made, the fastest route is the confirmation email you were sent. It carries your reference number, the check-in time, the exact meeting point and a message button that reaches the crew actually holding your seat. On a same-day question that is always quicker than us, and on a weather call it is the only channel that can answer at all.
Two details worth checking on that confirmation before you email anyone: where you board, because a Kaanapali boat loads off the sand by Whalers Village while a Maalaea boat waits at a numbered slip on the other side of the island, and the check-in time, which typically opens 30 to 45 minutes ahead and closes before the boat leaves.
Still deciding which boat? The five hubs narrow 20 sailings down faster than we can by email, and the FAQ covers how these listings are chosen and where the numbers come from.
